| Hi
Caroline, We
came to you when Murphy was a recently rescued eight-month-old lurcher. He was
displaying problem obsessive behaviours (shadow watching!) and a strong prey instinct
with no recall. Adorable but a real handful (remember your first walk with him!)
He is now a very well adjusted two-year-old, obsession free and very obedient.
A marvellous family dog who is much admired for his good behaviour. Your
patience with both Murphy and his owners has paid off! You really did teach us
how to understand our dog and how to communicate with him. Training became fun
and rewarding. You encouraged us to work hard and we have reaped the rewards.
Thank you so much for all your insight and guidance. Kind
Regards, Ted,

Ruth
came to us on referral from her vet after her dog Deefa broke his collar and attacked
another dog, leading to severe injuries. She had lost all confidence in her dog,
would not walk him on her own anymore and even considered putting him down. A
very traumatic experience, but a happy ending. Dear
Caroline Deefa
is much more settled, your tips have proved invaluble, his barking is really no
longer a problem. I have trained him to walk on his halti lead. It took a couple
of weeks for him to get used it, we did lots of practising in the garden with
chocolate buttons, it is amazing the difference the halti makes, he walks along
so nicely without pulling at all. I use a double ended lead attached both to his
collar and the halti, which I feel gives maximum security and I always take treats
with us on a walk. Kind
regards Ruth

Caroline, Just
a quick note to say thank you and James for your time on Saturday. It was an excellent
session. There were several "aha!" moments for both of us and we learnt
a lot. We seem to be more in tune with Theo, and he is more responsive than ever. Regards, Michael
